                                                     Crossing Street

These days, children are becoming victims of accidents while crossing the streets to a great proportion. The reason is that the children are unaware of traffic hazards and lack of awareness among the faulty drivers about traffic culture is another reason for increase in accidents. The drivers are lacking sense of responsibility while driving especially in school areas. As a result, they drive either very fast or have minimum care for the other road users at pedestrian crossings, involving children, leading to fatal accidents. As responsible parents, they should teach the children about traffic hazards while crossing the streets and it is important that an adult should always ensure the safety of the children while crossing the streets, by physically leading them to safety
